All systems are monitored on an app and therefore can be watched in real-time and when there are technical enquiries, we can go back into the data to do analysis of things that have gone wrong.
I also find it very useful when doing warranty claims from suppliers, as it neutralises the need to debate or argue.
The data logging also assists us when managing the future, by utilising the historic evidence it allows us to make sound scientific decisions.
The greatest thing about monitoring is that, as a company, we don’t have to have technicians sitting around waiting for breakdowns, we can respond either online or simply with a whatsapp camera call and assist the client immediately.
